Our ironing service
Monthly Ironing Subscriptions
- You pay a fixed monthly fee for a set number of clothes and, if you choose, bedding sets.
- Best if you have a fairly steady ironing pile each month and want a regular slot.
- Anything above your subscription allowance is billed at my normal PAYG prices, after the collection where you’ve gone over, and clearly itemised on your invoice.
- This is especially important if you have two collections in a month – you’ll see any extras from each visit shortly after that visit, rather than all at the end of the month.
Pricing: From just 90p per item or £30 per month for the subscription service.

What’s included in your subscription
- Everyday clothes in your subscription
Subscriptions include normal day-to-day items such as: tops, shirts/blouses, standard trousers/jeans, simple skirts/shorts, and children’s clothes & school uniforms (up to age 16). - Bedding sets in Clothes & Bedding subscriptions
For Clothes & Bedding subscriptions, 1 bedding set = 1 duvet cover + 1 sheet (fitted or flat) + up to 2 pillowcases.
Duvets, pillows, mattress protectors, throws and heavy blankets are not included and are quoted separately. - Linens & textiles are not included in any subscription
Items like napkins, tablecloths, runners, tea towels, cushion covers and similar are always Pay As You Go, even if you are on a subscription. - Dresses, coats and special items
Dresses, coats, jackets, suits, blazers and very detailed/pleated items sit outside the subscriptions.
They are always charged at standard PAYG prices.

The Fine Print
Allowances, swapping and using less
- No swapping allowances
Clothes allowance is for clothes. Bedding allowance is for bedding.
Skipping bedding in a month doesn’t turn into extra clothes, and unused clothes allowance doesn’t turn into bedding. - If you send less than your allowance,
Subscriptions are a fixed monthly fee that covers the space in my diary and the capacity I reserve for you, as well as the ironing itself.
If you send less than your allowance in a particular month, the price stays the same and there isn’t a refund or credit. - Rollover (where agreed)
Where rollover is part of your plan (for example, with wash & fold or any future service where we’ve agreed it), you can roll over once into the following month.
Rollover can only be used in that next month and can’t be rolled forward again.
Going over your allowance
If a collection takes you over your monthly allowance (clothes, bedding or both):
- I will count the extra pieces,
- price them at my normal PAYG rates, and
- send a separate invoice shortly after that collection, with the extras clearly itemised.
This way you can always see what was included in your subscription and what was billed as extra, especially if you have more than one pickup in a month.
Changing or cancelling your subscription
- If your life or laundry changes (more/less ironing, budget changes, shift patterns, etc.), we can move you up or down a level from your next billing period.
- If you’d like to cancel a subscription completely, I just ask for 30 days notice, so I can update my schedule.
- I’ll confirm your final collection and any remaining allowance, including anything that needs to be used before it expires.

If you’re ever unsure whether something is included in your subscription, or how a particular item will be priced, please just ask or pop a note in with your laundry. I’ll always clarify and, if anything needs to be treated as an extra, I’ll let you know before or when I invoice.

What does laundry service include?
Our service includes Pick Up and Delivery Monday to Friday. Weekends are available by special arrangement only.
We have a minimum spend of £15 per collection and delivery booking. Once we have the clothes and/or bedding we will send you an itemised invoice and you can pay by card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
We return clothes either folded or on hangers, we provide reusable hangers (you’re welcome to supply your own if you prefer).
What areas do your laundry services cover?
We currently cover all local postcodes of Sutton Coldfield, Kingstanding, GreatBarr and Erdington with FREE and delivery. For postcodes outside these areas, please message us before booking.
How do I pay?
Once we have the clothes and/or bedding we will send you an itemised invoice and you can pay by card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
How will I get my clothes back? Folded or on hangers?
We return clothes either folded or on hangers, we provide reusable hangers.
Do you provide hangers?
We provide reusable hangers (you’re welcome to supply your own if you prefer).
When will I get my clothes back?
Our standard turnaround is 48 hours Monday to Friday.
